The probiotic properties help reduce bacteria that can cause skin problems, inflammation and the formation of blackheads (open and closed comedones), such as Propionibacterium acnes / P. acnes.

1. Apply a 2mm layer of the exfoliant to damp skin, avoiding the eye area.
2. Massage gently in circular motions for even distribution.
3. Repeat the massage after 2 minutes to reactivate the product.
4. Leave the exfoliant on for another 5-8 minutes, making sure it doesn't dry out so that the enzymes remain active.
5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
6. Pat face dry and continue with your usual skincare routine.
