Do I need to have an intake interview?

Yes, that's required. You can't simply create an account without an intake. We believe it's important to get to know you, your goals, and your experience first, so we can ensure Dermedics is a good fit for your salon and we can guide you appropriately.

From what amount can I start?

You can start at just €500, depending on which entry level you choose. This way, you can build up gradually, at your own pace.

Are training courses mandatory?

Yes. Training is always included and is part of our quality standard. This is how we guarantee consistent results in every Dermedics salon.

Can I start with just equipment?

Can I start with just equipment? Absolutely. We'll advise you on which equipment best suits your audience and offering, and provide training and protocols.

How quickly can I start?

After our initial introduction, we will schedule training and deliveries, and you can usually go live quickly.

Account & registration

How do I create an account?

You can't create an account yourself. We'll register it for you after an intake interview and the corresponding training(s). We do this to guarantee the quality of our partners and to only allow professionals access to our webshop.

I'm already a customer but can no longer access my account. What now?

Please contact us by email (support@dermedics.com). We'll help you regain access as quickly as possible.

How do I change my password?

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings → Change Password . Follow the steps to set a new password.

Orders & Shipping

How quickly will my order be delivered?

Yes, that's possible – but only as long as your order hasn't been processed yet. We process most orders the same day, so if you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible by email (support@dermedics.com).

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

  • Under €300 → shipping costs will be added.
  • From €300free shipping within the Benelux.
How quickly will my order be delivered?

We usually ship within 1-2 business days of payment. You'll automatically receive a tracking link once your package leaves.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return products?

Yes, but only unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us beforehand by email to report the return.

Can I return opened products?

No, for reasons of hygiene and quality control, opened products cannot be returned .

How do I report a return?

Send an email to support@dermedics.com with your order number, reason for return, and product information. We will then send you the return instructions.
